MethodologyAt AyalSoft we have developed and apply a unique and very practical Global Initiative Management and Implementation (GIMI) methodology which is based on the practical synthesis of OOPM and XP with elements of spiral and black belt project control systems. We use Capability Maturity Model (CMM) approach to the documentation and process management, while not forgetting less popular but useful �Common Sense� industry standard.
